This zone comprise of the States of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Punjab and the Union Territories of Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal & Chandigarh having Zonal Office at Ghaziabad or at such other place that may be decided from time to time by the National Executive Committee of the Federation.
